Meet the photographers!

Hello Everybody,

I just wanted to give a brief introduction here (beyond what you see on our website, www.surrealimagestudios.com) and let you know a little bit about some of the new things we've been doing here in Nashville.

First off, I'm Kristin and I have joined forces with one of the best photographers I've had the luck of meeting, my mother, Maggie. We're best friends (in addition to the obvious) and have a shared passion for photography, our families and our faith in Christ. We've worked together on shoots in the past, but mainly to give as gifts, or for freelance work etc. We have talked about starting a wedding photography business for many years, but there must have been something different about this year because we actually went for it!

So far it's been a lot of fun and we'd like to share a little of that with you here in our blog space. Photography is our profession, but it's also our hobby - so you can expect to see some of weddings and events on here, but also our personal "studies" of objects, landscapes and some of the things we shoot just for fun.
